Pit crew team shirts
A shirt for the student team to wear at conferences and events, designed around that year’s theme, “We Have The Formula.” The front reads “The best pit crew (you could ask for),” the back features a custom strategic logo I designed, and I suggested racing inspired patches to complete the motorsport look.
ICEF Rome hotel keycards
A keycard holder for the school administrators and agents staying at the ICEF Rome event hotel. The front puts a funny spin on “When in Rome…” with an illustration of a sleeping traveller and the line “Sleep well knowing you have the right insurance!” It’s a lighthearted way to make the brand stick around.
Orientation bookmarks
Double sided bookmarks for student orientations, handed out through schools to students from kindergarten all the way to university. The front pairs “Education is the passport to the future” with an illustration of students reading, their imagination coming to life around them. The back asks “Do you need to see a doctor?” with a QR code to online health services, a school illustration and multilingual speech bubbles.
ICEF Rome email and social
A Mailchimp email campaign for school administrators and a matching social post to promote StudyInsured™ at ICEF Rome. The post announced “See you at ICEF Rome!” with the event details, set against a stunning photo of the Colosseum.
How it went
Together, these pieces kept the brand showing up everywhere, from conferences and hotel rooms to student orientations and inboxes. The sales team and event staff loved having them on hand, since they helped start conversations, bring in leads, and keep StudyInsured™ looking consistent and recognizable wherever it went.
What I learned: how to design for a lot of different audiences at once. Every team and event needed something different, from agents at a hotel to students at orientation, so I learned to adapt the message and format each time while keeping the brand feeling like one clear, consistent voice.
